Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. During high-demand periods or new collection releases, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Methods

We ship all orders using tracked and insured carriers. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days within the United States, depending on your location.

Because our fragrances contain alcohol and are classified as flammable, they are shipped in compliance with all carrier safety regulations.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Promotional free-shipping offers may be available from time to time.

 

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Petraglia Benedetti is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages. We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@petragliabenedetti.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Petraglia Benedetti is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
