Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all Petraglia Benedetti fragrances are considered final sale.

Perfume is an alcohol-based, flammable, and personal-use product. For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

This policy helps us ensure:

  • Product integrity

  • Customer safety

  • Compliance with shipping and health regulations

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us at support@petragliabenedetti.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, depending on availability

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Petraglia Benedetti is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
